 My goal is to provide you with beautiful sharp photos, with excellent angles that will show off your listing and invite potential buyers in for a showing. From there you do the work to close the deal! Please read the fine print further down below.

  What you will receive:

  • 40 still photographs of your listing. This will allow you the option to choose the photos you want to add to your MLS listing.
  • Up to a 48 hour turn-around time after the photo shoot.
  • Delivered flash drive containing edited photos for you to upload (high res for virtual tours and smaller sizing for MLS) You in turn can then give the flash drive with photos of your client’s beloved home to them, if you choose, as a gift. 

Payment is expected at the time of the photo shoot. Photography services are only provided in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.  Areas outside of Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth and Norfolk will have an additional travel fee. 

Acceptable methods of payment are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Check.  No cash.

Pricing is as follows

  • $175 up to 2100 sq. ft. 
  •  $250 up to 4200 sq. ft. 
  • Contact me for excellent pricing for homes over 4200 sq. ft.

 Now the fine print so please make sure to read this.

I will happily correct any errors that I make at no charge.  Any additional editing or changes, etc. that you would like made after the fact will be a charge of $50. If there are specific rooms you do or don't want photographed please be sure to advise me via email prior to the photo shoot. Prices are based on property staged and ready at time of shoot. Late arrival, staging needing to be done during shoot (includes moving/removing items) will be an additional charge.  A list of helpful suggestions is in the drop down menu of this page.  I will also email the list to you so you can have the home ready for the day of the photo shoot.

One final note:

As an agent, you are hiring Sami Montella Photography to provide a service and supply quality real estate photos to help market your real estate listing.  Use the photos however you want to market the home and/or market yourself but please do not edit, sell, or give the photos to a third party (only authorized to give to the homeowner). You also allow Sami Montella Photography to use the photos to market her services.
